For some people, that clarity alone is enough to start making changes straight away. For others, they realise they’d like support actually implementing things over time, which is where coaching can come in, but the session itself is absolutely enough to give you direction.

We’ll then meet for 90 minutes and go through everything in depth. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s going on for you and a plan you can actually follow, rather than leaving with more questions.
